约翰·W·皮利（英语：John W. Pilley，1928年7月1日—2018年6月17日）是一名美国行为心理学家，最为人所知的是他与他的边境牧羊犬切瑟对犬类认知和语言学习的研究[2][3][4]。他是伍佛德学院心理学系的荣誉教授，一生热衷于皮划艇运动[1]。皮利于2016年获伍佛德学院颁发心理学荣誉博士[1][5]。
教育
[编辑]皮利毕业于亚伯林基督教大学[6]。他曾就读于佩珀代因大学，并在普林斯顿神学院获得神学学位[1][6]。他获得史丹森大学和孟菲斯大学的硕士学位，并在该大学获得心理学博士学位[1]。
职业生涯
