巴拉苏布拉马尼安·希亚姆（英语：Balasubramanian Shyam，1973年4月27日—），简称B·希亚姆（B Shyam）印度外交官，曾任印度驻冰岛大使、印度驻日本大阪-神户总领事等职务。

巴拉苏布拉马尼安·希亚姆生于1973年4月27日。[1]他拥有分子生物学与生物技术硕士学位，并作为科学家在印度农业研究理事会（英语：Indian Council of Agricultural Research）从事芥菜、大米和芭蕉抗病转基因技术研究工作。[2]

2000年，希亚姆加入印度外事服务部。[1]他最初被派驻埃及开罗，担任三等秘书语言受训生，在开罗美国大学接受阿拉伯语培训。随后，他担任二等秘书，负责媒体事务，并兼任开罗毛拉纳·阿乍德印度文化中心（Maulana Azad Centre for Indian Culture）主任。返回外交部总部后，他在2005年至2007年间曾先后担任伊朗和阿富汗事务副处长，以及巴基斯坦事务副处长，了解了印-伊关系和印-巴关系。之后，他被派往斯里兰卡科伦坡，在2007年至2010年间担任政治一等秘书，随后在2010年至2013年间被派驻孟加拉国达卡，担任商务参赞，负责促进两国之间的贸易关系。2013年返回新德里总部后，担任巴基斯坦事务副司长至2015年。[2][3]

2021年5月31日，希亚姆被任命为下一任印度驻冰岛大使。[4][5]2021年7月31日就任印度驻冰岛大使。[2]8月17日，向冰岛总统古德尼·约翰内森递交国书。[6][7]2024年离任。[8][9]
