2024年金磚國家峰會是第十六次金磚國家峰會，此次峰會在俄羅斯喀山舉行，也是繼埃及、埃塞俄比亞、伊朗和阿拉伯聯合酋長國加入金磚國家後首次舉行的金磚國家峰會。

此次峰會除了金磚國家領導人出席外，許多獨聯體國家領導人、亞洲、非洲、中東和拉丁美洲國家代表團以及多個國際組織負責人出席。 [1]

此次活動的主題是：「加強多邊主義，促進全球公平發展與安全。」 [2]

金磚國家成員國推出了名為BRICS PAY的支付系統。 [3][4][5][6][7]

會議發表了《喀山宣言》。 [8][9]金磚國家在《喀山宣言》中表示支持聯合國及聯合國安理會改革，支持兩國方案以及支持巴勒斯坦國加入聯合國。 [10]

會議決定新增阿爾及利亞、白俄羅斯、玻利維亞、古巴、印度尼西亞、哈薩克斯坦、馬來西亞、尼日利亞、泰國、土耳其、烏干達、烏茲別克斯坦、越南13個國家為金磚國傢伙伴國。 [11]

中國-俄羅斯

中共中央總書記兼中國國家主席習近平和俄羅斯總統弗拉基米爾·普京在喀山舉行雙邊會晤。 [12][13]雙方一致同意，要堅持推進一帶一路同歐亞經濟聯盟全面對接。 [14][15][16][17]

印度-中國

印度總理納倫德拉·莫迪和中共中央總書記兼中國國家主席習近平舉行了自2020年中印邊境衝突以來的首次正式會晤。 [18]雙方領導人宣佈達成協議，中印雙方將從中印邊境衝突地帶後撤。 [19][20][21][22][23][24]

印度-伊朗

印度總理納倫德拉·莫迪和伊朗總統馬蘇德·佩澤希齊揚舉行雙邊會談。馬蘇德·佩澤希齊揚接受了印度發出的訪問邀請。 [25]

俄羅斯-南非

南非總統西里爾·拉馬福薩與俄羅斯總統弗拉基米爾·普京舉行雙邊會晤，會上西里爾·拉馬福稱俄羅斯是南非的盟友，因為蘇聯在南非種族隔離時期支持南非人民擺脫種族隔離制度。 [26][27]

峰會開始前兩天，巴西總統盧拉·達席爾瓦因摔倒後出現輕微腦溢血，於是宣佈他不會親自出席喀山峰會，不過他宣佈他將會以視頻形式參加會議。巴西外交部長毛羅·維埃拉將代替達席爾瓦出席喀山峰會。 [37]

古巴共產黨第一書記兼古巴國家主席米格爾·迪亞斯-卡內爾原本計劃參加峰會，但由於要處理2024年古巴停電事故而無法親自出席。由於要接待歐盟代表，原本要出席峰會的塞爾維亞總統亞歷山大·武契奇也無法出席。不過古巴和塞爾維亞均派代表代替各自國家元首出席峰會。 [38]
